Had an awesome time volunteering for the Raleigh City Farm! Helped to weed and clean up the berry patch and then after purchased some delicious produce from their stand! The Raleigh City Farm is “pay what you can” and often donates to organizations that support our neighbors with food insecurity! What an awesome night for our IMPACT Club meeting! #raleighcityfarm

We were pleased to have Carissa Kohn-Johnson from Cary Town Council join us for our first meeting of the Rotary year! She spoke to us specifically about all the work the town council is doing to provide resources and expand services to people in our community that age out of foster care programs, but still lack a social safety net to help them transition into independence. With Cary MacGregor Rotarian and fellow council member Bella Huang by her side, these ladies are making things happen to ensure that Cary is supporting solutions for our most vulnerable young people!
